I am at a situation with my family where I may have to live at a friend's house for a while. I have already authorized a few people to take this account from me for a while and I am ready to give this place up. Now.

The best thing you can do in this situation is line somebody up to take the account. However, I won't be able to do it as I haven't been all that active lately (on any forum I am a member of).
Anyhow, the best thing to do if you need to take some time off is to do so and let whoever you have authorized to take your account run the forum.
